Rachel Jessica Linton, 38, passed away October 28, 2022.  She was born December 24, 1983 in Indianapolis to Gary S. Linton and Pamela Susan Meadows Edwards.  She worked in many different endeavors including Covid-19 screening during the pandemic.  Her smile lit up any room she was in. She cared for so many people even when they weren’t caring for her. She loved nature and all things colorful and bright.  Rachel was an amazing soul who deserved nothing but the world. We all pray that she now has it.  We love you Rachel and just know she loved everyone she had ever come across 1000 times more than life itself. Rest well beautiful. She is survived by her father, Gary Stephen (Kim) Linton of Bloomington; mother, Pamela S. (Andy) Edwards of Columbus; daughter, Alexia McClure of Indianapolis; brothers Caleb (Katie) Linton and Joshua Linton; step-brothers, Jay (Tiffanie) Edwards of Columbus, Micheal (Rachel) Edwards of Middleburg, PA, and Tim Herrmann of Indianapolis; and step-sister, Jennifer Herrmann.  She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Ed and Cece Meadows, and Marion and Edith Linton.  Rachel is also mourned by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and her nephews and nieces.  Services will be 12:00, Noon, Thursday, November 3, at Northview Church Edinburgh Campus, 904 S. Holland Street, Edinburgh.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Community Funeral Care, Edinburgh.
