![]() Nancy Kay Sharp, 72, of Franklin, passed away January 18, 2025. She was surrounded by her loving family. She was born October 21, 1952, in Franklin, to the late Alvin R. and Violet (Vinson) Gill. She was married to Ronald Eugene Sharp, and he survives. She is also survived by her sons, James “Jim” (Stacey) Sharp, of Edinburgh, and Scott Russell, of Edinburgh; daughter, Angie (Chris) Grammer, of North Vernon; brother John (Donna) Gill, of Paducah, Kentucky; grandchildren, Sierra (David) Franks, of North Vernon, Shelby (Justin) Grammer, of North Vernon, Austin Grammer, of North Vernon, Peyton Shepler, of Liberty, Aiden Shepler, of Liberty, Addison Shepler, of Liberty, Chris Russell, of Greenwood, Natalie (Noah) Werner, of Greensburg, and Brianna Smith, of Shelbyville; and great grandchildren, Paisley Grammer, Jaxton Franks, and Mila Righthouse. She was also preceded in death by her sisters Sherrie Gill, Connie Sue Gill, and Mary Lou Gill. Nancy was employed for many years at Specialty Connectors and Lear Corporation, retiring in 2005 at the age of 62. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother and was also happy spending time with her family. She was interested in all things “crafts”, humorously, especially if it involved purchasing supplies in bulk. She loved the snow and collecting snowmen and Precious Moments. She will be loved and missed by all her surviving family and friends. Services will be 12:00, Noon, Thursday, January 23, 2025, at Christ Fellowship Church, 125 Lind Drive, Edinburgh. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m., until the service at the church. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Franklin. Arrangements have been entrusted to Community Funeral Care, Edinburgh.
