Walter William Losh, 81, of Edinburgh, passed away March 14, 2026. He was born November 23, 1944, in Martinsville, Indiana, to the late Glenn H. Losh and Ruth E. (Richardson) Losh. He was also preceded in death by his loving wife, Karen Joy (Muncy) Losh; and Peggy Boucher. He is survived by his son, Bill Losh, of Demotte; daughter, Kim Hart, of Round Rock, TX; grandchildren, Alex Gadberry, of Edinburgh, Shaun Muncy, of Edinburgh, Clay Tate, of Canyon, TX, Tamara Van Epps, of Jackson, Mississippi, Codi Ziegler, of Austin, TX, and Mitchell Losh, of Las Vegas; several great grandchildren; brother, Steven (Tina) Losh; and sister, Alice Skirvin. A memorial gathering will be held from 5:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m., Friday, March 27, 2026, at The Gathering Place, 106 East Main Cross Street, Edinburgh. Private arrangements were entrusted to Community Funeral Care, Edinburgh.

Mary Kay Douglas, 62, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away March 7, 2026. She was born February 5, 1964, in Cincinnati, to the late Clarence Douglas and Mildred (Walters) Worley. Mary Kay enjoyed a successful career as an executive assistant and built many lasting friendships along the way. She was a very social person who loved spending time with her family and friends and was often the life of the party. She was also a devoted animal lover and founder of Smile Cat Rescue, reflecting her deep compassion for animals. She is survived by her sisters, Rebecca Jane (William Girardot) Douglas of Cincinnati, and Amy (Chris) Burris of Edinburgh; nieces and nephews, Michael (Kayla) Hill of McCordsville, Tyler (Austin) Blankenship of Columbus, Mahaley Burris of Evansville, and Christopher Burris, Jr. of Columbus; and great-nieces Savannah and Kennedy Hill. She will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved her. Services will be at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 14, 2026, at Christ Fellowship Church, 125 Lind Drive, Edinburgh. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service at the church. Burial will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery, Edinburgh. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts have been suggested to American Cancer Society. Arrangements have been entrusted to Community Funeral Care, Edinburgh. |
